Lead Conversion Specialist/ Sales Marketer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an initiative-taking and Organized Lead Conversion Specialist/Sales Marketer to join our Holistic -Traditional Chinese Medicine Physician’s office located in Lauderhill. The Lead Conversion Specialist/Sales Marketer will be responsible for leads generated through our marketing campaigns as well as generating leads on their own. Answering calls, texts and emails that come in. This person will be responsible for new patients, educating them on our different treatments, and about the Dr credentials, the different pricing packages and converting leads into new patients.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to all leads generated through our marketing efforts in a timely and professional manner.
• Answer all calls, texts and emails that come into the clinic in a courteous and professional manner.
• Works closely with the scheduler for the practice and book initial consultations with the Dr.
• Follow up with potential patients to convert them into new patients.
• Work in the community with senior centers, different medical events in the area, assisted living and medical offices for referrals.
• Maintain accurate records of all patient interactions in the company’s CRM.
• Work collaboratively with the marketing team to ensure all leads are track and followed up with
• Other duties assigned.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Marketing, business, or related field preferred, will accept experience to compensate.
• 2+ years of experience in lead generations, sales, or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast- paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with CRM Systems preferred.
• Ability to maintain an elevated level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• DTD Marketing 70% on the phone, in the field 30% in the office.

Pay:

Base Salary plus commission, bonuses, gas allowance.

Weekly Day Range:

Monday- Friday

Weekend Availability

Work Setting:

Sixty percent in the field and forty percent in the office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

• Lauderhill, FL 33351: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
• Lead generation: 1 year (Preferred)
